- How do I access my account?

If you already ordered with us before, then you can access your account by clicking "My Account" or the "Sign In" button. If you are new to the website then please take time to Register first before signing in to your account.

- What do I do as a new customer?

Since you are new, you wouldn't have an account with PetLabs360 yet. Although this is not necessary in placing an order, it will make your life a lot easier. By having an account with us, you can enjoy several features that will help you in your shopping.

- What is the use of having an account?

Having your own PetLabs360 account has numerous advantages which are detailed in the Why Register page. You can check this out to learn more about the functions and features that we offer our members.

- What if I forgot my Password?

We have a password retrieval feature in the site. Simply click the "Sign In" page and click the tab which says "Request New Password". Enter your username or e-mail address and a new password will be sent to your e-mail.
